To use Mangat Travel services, you must:

4. Booking Process

Booking a ride with Mangat Travel is simple and can be done in the following ways:

5. Payment Methods

Once your ride is booked, payment is required upon completion of the ride. We accept the following payment methods:

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your ride at no additional cost before the driver arrives. However, a cancellation fee may apply if you cancel after the driver has been dispatched.
Refunds If your ride is canceled by Mangat Travel due to unforeseen circumstances or technical issues, you may be eligible for a refund. Please contact customer support to request a refund if necessary.

7. Passenger Responsibilities

As a passenger, you are expected to:

Treat the driver with respect and courtesy.
Follow all safety guidelines and remain seated with the seatbelt fastened during the ride.
Avoid smoking, consuming alcohol, or carrying illegal substances in the vehicle.
Ensure your personal belongings are secure. Mangat Travel is not responsible for any lost or damaged items left behind in the vehicle.

8. Driver Responsibilities

Our drivers are expected to:

Drive safely, comply with traffic rules, and ensure passenger safety.
Keep the vehicle clean and well-maintained.
Be polite and professional throughout the ride.
Address any concerns you may have during the journey and assist where possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

Mangat Travel will not be held responsible for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of our services, including:

Delays or failure to provide transportation.
Accidents, injuries, or damages to property during the ride (unless caused by the negligence of the driver).
Loss or damage to personal belongings.

10. Modification of Services and Terms
